Pricing
Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis. Security deposit is required to hold a specific date. Please contact us to see if a date is available.
UP TO 4 HOURS
$100
This up to a 4 hour rental. ($200 refundable security deposit and $50 key deposit is required)
ALL DAY RENTAL
$200
This is a 4-8 hours rental. ($200 Refundable security deposit and $50 key deposit is required)
SERVING ALCOHOL
$30/hour
If your event is serving alcohol, Security is $30/hour (2 hour minimum) with a $200 refundable security deposit. You must contact the City of Ivanhoe Marshal office to make security arrangements.
Separate checks or forms of payment must be made for each deposit and fee. Security fees for serving alcohol must be paid in cash.
