Please note when applying for a permit online, the City Office will review your submission for approval. Once information and payment(s) have been received, we will then issue your permit via email or in-person at the City Hall.

Once your permit has been approved and a permit number has been assigned, you can make your payment online. After that, your permit will be emailed to you.

State Law Requirements
Just a reminder or if you were not aware, State Law and City of Ivanhoe requires a FENCE and SELF-CLOSING GATES around
all in-ground and above ground pools.

Accessory Storage Buildings
Accessory Storage Building are allowed with a permit.
*Please note that storage buildings are not habitable. You can not live in an Accessory/Portable/Storage building.*
